About This Assessment

The ASRS v1.1 Screening Tool: This assessment is based on the World Health Organization's Adult ADHD Self-Report Scale, developed in collaboration with Harvard Medical School. It consists of 18 questions divided into two parts:

  • Part A (6 questions): Core ADHD screening questions. If 4 or more responses indicate symptoms, further evaluation is recommended.
  • Part B (12 questions): Additional symptom frequency assessment for comprehensive evaluation.

Important Notes:

  • This is a screening tool, not a diagnostic instrument
  • Consider your experiences over the past 6 months
  • Answer honestly based on how often each symptom occurs
  • Results indicate likelihood, not certainty
  • Consult a healthcare professional for formal diagnosis
