About This Assessment
The ASRS v1.1 Screening Tool: This assessment is based on the World Health Organization's Adult ADHD Self-Report Scale, developed in collaboration with Harvard Medical School. It consists of 18 questions divided into two parts:
- Part A (6 questions): Core ADHD screening questions. If 4 or more responses indicate symptoms, further evaluation is recommended.
- Part B (12 questions): Additional symptom frequency assessment for comprehensive evaluation.
Important Notes:
- This is a screening tool, not a diagnostic instrument
- Consider your experiences over the past 6 months
- Answer honestly based on how often each symptom occurs
- Results indicate likelihood, not certainty
- Consult a healthcare professional for formal diagnosis
